I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, a full member of BANT, the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, and registered with the CNHC, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council set up by the UK Government Department of Health.
My background is in science. I have a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences and a PhD in physiology. This helps me to evaluate the evidence supporting dietary change and what is going to work best for my clients.
During the consultations, I listen to your story – your family and medical history, your diet and lifestyle, symptoms that are currently troubling you, and how this makes you feel. I’ll create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to support your specific health goals. Nutritional therapy is not a ‘quick fix’, but it aims to set you on your journey to optimum health.
