Skin Saviour Smoothie

1 cup, approximately 250 ml coconut milk
¼ mango
½ kiwi fruit
¼ avocado
2 brazil nuts (if time allows, leave these to soak in cold water for an hour or overnight)
1 tsp flaxseed
2 tbsp oats
Optional sweetener: ½ date, ½ tsp maple syrup or honey


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
